This service is paired with the rewrite or custom draft service . When that service produces the final copy, it is merged with the uploaded addresses of interest and your signature block details provided in this service purchase, made at the same time as the rewrite or custom draft service is purchased.
As indicated in the template image, details from your service purchase will be used to personalize this template. A hand-addressed self-sealing mailer envelope for each personalized letter is included in this purchase. Additionally, for Canada and the USA, postage will be affixed to the mailer envelope.
If you wish minor changes (cumulative 50 words or less) to a template, please purchase and specify such via this link. An alternative to this hardcopy version is the softcopy version available here, but which does not include the mailer that accompanies the hardcopy version.

Description
All hardcopy letters are printed on high quality 8 1/2″ by 11″ paper, using photo quality printers, and include hand addressed self-sealing envelopes. You will be notified by email within 2 to 4 business days of the posting of your order.
Our envelopes include the address of interest and your return address, with no additional markings. We do not use hand writing machines, real people are employed to address the envelopes. Hand addressed envelopes are routinely shown to be more commonly opened than machine addressed correspondence. For clients in USA and Canada with addresses of interest in USA or Canada, postage stamps are included on the mailer envelopes.
When you receive your mail ready package, the letters will already have been folded and inserted into each envelope. Simply sign each letter, peel the sealant strip off, press to close, and post!
